We specialise in the application of advanced non-linear finite element analysis (FEA) to industrial problems. Our technical skills have developed over 20 years of working in aerospace and automotive environments, using FE techniques to help guide design. We have significant experience in the non-linear behaviour of materials, and in particular, of carbon fibre composites for stiffness and impact applications. The NLFEA team comprises a small group of highly experienced Consulting Engineers drawn from consultancy and software development environments.

We have considerable experience in non-linear analysis using RADIOSS, LS-Dyna and PAM-Crash explicit FE codes. We are the UK's leading experts in the use of RADIOSS, having previously been the core technical team of Radioss UK for 10 years. We offer the best RADIOSS training course available, the content having benefited from several years of feedback from technical support experience.
